Interesting Ebay transaction

I bought some dried beans on Ebay around memorial day weekend, which I never received. No biggie, the seller refunded me as soon as I asked, and I left positive feedback. I just received them today, and there was a note inside stating that his store (in Minneapolis) had been looted and he'd been overwhelmed and couldn't fulfill the orders until now. He also included a $10 certificate for a future purchase.

Well, I couldn't in good conscience keep the without paying, so I messaged him to re-invoice me so I could do so. He just responded to keep them and no worries - pay it forward. It was such a nice thing to hear! Proof that there are still good people on Ebay!

I could use some dry beans. Can you tell me where to buy them now? Is the store allowing customers to purchase now?
