I love the colors of the tree leaves with the pink and purple clouds!

Front flip was my favorite this week I laughed and laughed

Either my husband or I took the sunset picture. You can see some dramatic skies from the back yard.

That one made me laugh as well!

I'm easily manipulated by the color purple, but all those colors in the sunset photo are working together to manipulate me!

I had no idea you were a talented photographer, too!

My best friend was an avid photographer, and she helped me take better pictures. My kids also learned from her. Wonderful legacy

The waterscape is Nathan Peele, photographer The sunset was one that either my husband or I took.

Thank you. I don’t own cats anymore (I live in the boondocks -outside of La Luz which is outside of Alamogordo-where? 😂 .

They killed too many lizards and one of my favorite song birds -Scott’s Orioles.

I hope you are getting along better. I was glad to hear from you. I've heard of Alamogordo, but not La Luz.

I've been without pets for almost a year. Thinking about adopting a couple of senior kitties before the end of summer. If I do, they'll be 100% indoor, just to spare the wildlife!

My husband loved the word penultimate

1st older cats HATED IT. whiskers whould bang on the door. named him when i was 5. cosmo slept on my ankles + pansy on her pillow. pansy farted when i got her. (natural fleadip- garlic) oh pansy! POO! still slept w/ me after freedom.

The cats, at 2 am.

Me: Vet lady, my cat has a sore foot and is limping!

Vet: Is he a house cat?

Me: No, he sleeps during the day, wants to go out at night.

Vet: He must be getting into fights!
$255 for antibiotic jab, 5 days of pain killer.

Me: 2 am, cat sends a message - 'need to go out to the toilet'.
He ends up fully alert, sitting at the end of the driveway, scanning for enemies, ready to defend his territory.

Me: chases him with a stick, not to hit but to disturb his focus.
Cat gives up, comes inside, back to sleep.
