This is, according to Reddit, at the National Postal Museum in Washington DC which also used to be a full service post office and the main post office for the city.

The Postal Square Building (where the Post Office Museum is located) is across the street from Union Station and also housed the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) until the pandemic.
