of the list, as well. I'd probably add some broccoli or spinach in with it, and then put salsa or hot sauce on them when finished!

Organic yogurt with two or three raw yokes stirred in plus collagen and vitamin powder, a little cherry juice and topped with fresh mango and pineapple.

Otherwise- over easy cooked in lots of grass fed beef tallow. My boyfriend says best eggs he’s ever eaten. OMG! The tallow eggs are super delicious.

Also (I eat lots of eggs because I have chickens)

My German grandmother used to always make these. Peeled hard boiled eggs in beet juice with vinegar. I use rice vinegar. Also, look beautiful because they turn bright purple. Great to always have in refrigerator for a healthy snack. I’m a chocolate lover so I have to have other temptations.

Scrambled with jack cheese and chorizo.

BTW we visited my cousin in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago. His wife, a native of the Guadalajara area, scrambled eggs with cheese and soy chorizo. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. It’s all about the spices.
