Carefully take toe out of water. Carefully walk over to cabana, if there is one. Quickly order a Pina Colada. Sip slowly and relax after all that hard work.

By the by, my scrawnyness is hereditary, so there's no help for it. Hell, if I can't gain weight on a good old Southern everything-is-fried diet, then it's obvious the universe intends me to be scrawny.
