Sometimes, late at night when I can't sleep, I flip through the channels and stop on the shopping networks.

I will see something and think "I need that" and go get on my laptop and order it. A week or so later, a package comes to my door and I open it up and say "what the hell is this?"

It's never stopped me from doing it again, though.

Quacker Factory is still big on QVC. How long ago was that? Did the designer start off doing just duck designs?

I've never bought anything from it, not even late, late at night. I mainly buy jewelry and organizational products.

Items will linger there for a week or so, and I'll mull them over and ultimately either delete them or buy them. Much of the time I delete them and move on.

It's also a good way to monitor discounts, although the good stuff never seems to go on sale there.
