Good morning my DU family,

What a treat football fans had yesterday with great games between the Rams and Panthers and the Packers and the Bears.

I mention this because both games were an experience in exhilaration for all four teams at various points in the games only to then have to deal with adversity and then exhilaration again.

What a perfect analogy for most of our days huh?

Please give us a day filled with moments that we experience well and thoroughly enough to feel the very finest of feelings, the very depths of emotions and the exhilaration of being alive and to celebrate the glory of that.
