I knew this band's former manager when he was a little boy, back in the 80s. The kid was a riot.

So when he grew up and became their manager, I got interested in this band.

Utoob does it every couple days to me. Sometimes it goes away in an hour other times several hours. What pisses me off is that I can't watch on the platform either. Glad I don't subscribe to any of that crap. I'll watch what is there but I won't be signing in to anything other than DU and my email.

If they disliked a particular audience (like at a festival where many bands were also playing), they would play it as a "penalty".

Of course, they also played it when they liked the audience as well.

Especially if they were passing the bottle of Jack around.

I got to meet them at my 2nd show in Orlando 1998. Gene complimented my Jerry Garcia shirt and played 'Friend of the Devil' that night. Was fantastic. Such friendly guys.

I miss those dudes.

I think that when Aaron Freeman was younger, he had one of the best voices around. (I'm thinking of The Argus here).

I don't know how I found Ween, but they kind of changed my life. Their humor is incredible. I would LOVE to meet those guys, I'm glad you had the chance to. I miss them too, and I hope Mickey is getting healthy.

I'm big a Deadhead too!
