Enjoying a classic Whiskey Sour tonight.

Whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup. And a marischino cherry. Yummy!

Tonight, it’s a blended; Suntori whiskey. Single malts are too strong for a whiskey sour.

The whiskey sour is the first cocktail I used to drink with any regularity; back in my twenties. My mixer back then was Cutty Sark. My tastes have become more sophisticated since then.
