These guys are cleaning the head of the Ushiku Daibutsu, a Buddhist statue in Ushiku, Ibaraki, Japan which, at nearly 400 feet, is the tallest Buddha statue in the world. Much taller than the more famous Kamakura Daibutsu near Yokohama.

I've seen several jobs being done that are like that.
The guys flying the helicopter to test high power lines. (Dangerous)
The people harvesting coffee beans in Colombia. (Physically exhausting)
The people cleaning the screens in a sewage treatment plant. (Disgusting)
Guys with those bike taxis in Manilla. (Also, exhausting)
The guy changing the light bulbs on the Willis Tower (Terrifying)
