and the case was also not "on behalf of others similarly situated".
If I would looking to pursue this, I would probably start doing some basic research on "Financial services lawyers" in a large city, such as NYC for example.

class action suits against BOA, and see if they would be willing to represent the individual case.
It may be difficult since BOA has plenty of legal representation, and it takes a lot to go up against them, but you never know!
