Night time acid reflux and i drink maalox. This keeps going on and i wonder if my jaw injury is moving down my body. I feel like i have to puke but can't

specifically, so I'll spare you ignorant advice.

I only fear something serious is going on like gall bladder or appendicitis.
Please go to ER. Seems like 7 am would be a relatively slow time there, esp. Monday mornings.
