I'm gonna start watching old Monty Python episodes again. I need their brilliant humor.

The one about the crunchy frog. I don't remember the skit but the gag line was "Well, if you take the bones out they wouldn't be crunchy!"

With Dudley Moore and Peter Cook about a restaurant that serves Frog & Peach or, as an alternative, Frog ala Peche

… removed from Netflix a month ago. I had been enjoying them on occasion, but not now.

They do still have a few of the Python movies, though.

I'd say classic, but then they all are, aren't they?

BBC America showed them when that channel first got added to our system.
I was bummed when they moved on.
I watched nearly all of them again

Used to watch them on PBS channels around the country, then they faded from popularity (at least among station programmers).

One cable channel (Was it TBS? TCM? can't remember) showed all the MP movies recently. I watched Life of Brian and Live at the Hollywood Bowl again. I had forgotten how over-the-top Eric Idle's performance in the "Travel Agent sketch" was -- he kept riffing after the skit was supposed to be over !

“She flies across the room and lands in a bucket of water,”

“By herself?”

“Uh, no, I fling her!”

really helps cheer me up. I was lucky and found the Monty Pythons Flying Circus set of DVDs in perfect shape at Goodwill a few years ago. It’s still an awesome series today.
