We get the free spiral ham with 400 points at Giant. It’s a way to easier meal than turkey (no gravy or mashed potatoes!) and honestly once a year is plenty turkey for me. Also macaroni & cheese, the usual green bean casserole, another vegetable, coleslaw, rolls, cheesecake and cookies for dessert.

Quorn is a meat substitute, mostly for poultry, and I think it’s one of the best. Even meat eaters like it.

So we had turkey!

Seriously, we had enough pork the rest of the year, so we went with the big bird or some moo cow on holidays. There was also a ham, so it is not like we didn't have any!

And also when duck was less expensive, Nowadays it's whatever I feel like. But not turkey not ham, both of which I dislike.

(You can have the turkey and ham and I'll take the lima beans.)
