(34,408 posts)but hold on to your mask! At the wreck of the Rhone there is one that I swear is as big as a school bus. It hangs inside the bones of the wreck and if you stay still it will slowly float through those bones and look at you then just mosey away.
I was lucky to join in a dive in Guanaha, Honduras with the chair of one of the international organizations to dive a Groper breeding. Every year in January Groper had been discovered to meet in this area out from the normal dive spots, an open ocean dive. Drop to 90 feet and all you could do was push them out of the way. It was amazing and the best part was that there were, of course, sharks everywhere you could see but they were so full up of grouper they just swam right passed you. Grouper are really fun fish to be around and very curious and friendly. Thanks for this cool video and bringing me back to my old life.
