I had two Bichons (white fluffy 15-20 lbs) and my mother loved those boys and they loved her. Whenever she visited they stuck to her while she sat in a huge chair I owned. If she was in that chair they were there with her.

Her greatest regret, when she decided she could no longer travel, was not seeing and being with her boys.

Both she and those dogs are no longer with us but this reminds of those days. Brought a smile to my face.

When I my dad was in an out patient/rehab facility after hip surgery I would take my little doxie to visit. As we walked down the hall, other patients and visitors would call to my pup to visit. He was happy to oblige and loved all the attention but he saved his best greeting for his grandpa.

Beautiful. How could humans be cruel to dogs or cats? Why I support many animal welfare organizations for both land and sea dwellers. Thank you for making your mom's and my day.
