Enjoying a Castro Cooler tonight.
It’s really a summertime drink. But I thought I’d try it while I had the orange juice.
Rum, apple brandy, orange juice, lime juice, and a teaspoon of sugar. Sublime.

Finished my fiftieth and last hour of continuing education for the year. I’m done. No more fucking studying for a while.

I like it.
I admit, I miss visiting with my patients, and helping them figure out their diagnoses. But I had been so burned out for the last five years or so. The rest is doing me good.
That you would come to enjoy the rest once you got into the rhythm of it. It ain't half bad.
How big? 
I mean tremendous. Yuge.
Nothing in the world like relaxing with a few beers at the end of the day.
The only problem is: beer makes me sleepy.
Hard liquor makes me loopy.
