'Very Stable Genius' Once Again Demonstrates Wide-Ranging Ignorance

“Let’s look at the facts,” the most anti-fact person ever to hold the presidency said in his televised address to the nation on Wednesday evening. The night before, he had demonstrated yet again that his ignorance of basic geography is as complete as his ignorance of simple arithmetic, science, economics, history, civics, law, religion, literature, morality, decency, the English language, and common sense.

In a social media post on Tuesday evening, Donald Trump declared:

“Venezuela is completely surrounded by the largest Armada ever assembled in the History of South America. It will only get bigger, and the shock to them will be like nothing they have ever seen before—Until such time as they return to the United States of America all of the Oil, Land, and other Assets that they previously stole from us.

Is it too much to ask that someone—particularly someone who promised there would be no more needless wars, no more attempts at “regime change” and keeps ludicrously claiming he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize—who wants to invade another country at least have some idea of where it is and that it is part of the South American continent, not an island?
