Got any evidence anyone was denied care in this case? Appears he got treatment, but it left him with nerve damage.

That's the crux of the problem and he knows it.
Do people have to draw them a picture? Maybe.

His beef appears to be with doctors.
That's not to say our healthcare system doesn't need significant reform.

. . . but to respond to your comment, Shapiro was not addressing himself to the shooter, but to the public at large for apparently being insufficiently outraged over the murder of the CEO. And there have been people who have died as a result of being denied coverage among the general public!
