Chump has -zero- loyalty or appreciation for any of the staffers or cabinet members. They have to walk on their knees in his presence to prove their loyalty to him, but Chump will trash anyone's reputation if he feels like it. That's why there's so much backbiting in his White House, they all know they're going to be fired sooner or later.

Some even legitimately tried to do the job they were hired for. Trump quickly learned he didn't want people around who could think independently.

So for the second term, he selected incompetent people for every job whose only qualifications were their willingness to kiss his ass and break the law for him. Given that, you would think they'd have a longer shelf life, but that hasn't proven to be the case.

The stupider his employees are, the more he can blame his own mistakes on them.
