so that the "public" will never be able to amass the power to stand against the dictatorship of the Regime. Divide and conquer, brother against brother, state vs. state, fighting over the crumbs, etc. Actions like this suggest that Trump WANTS a civil war. And that's partly because that's what Putin wants (and Trump loves to service Putin's desires), but also because Trump is a deeply sick and depraved individual who LOVES that he can preside over killing and death, in any form.

Many lawsuits already over him singling out Dem states for spite, and the citizens getting caught in the tug-of-war. He wants everyone's private information, and I can't imagine its for any reason but nefarious purposes.
