if true. Is committing a lewd act in public not an arrestable offense?

Any job women do where you get a cover to protect your clothes. Women saying they do report it to their boss who won't fo anything g about it. But yes it is a crime as I remember.

I'd still like to see some arrest charges/court case docs b/f believing it. If this crap is actually happening, surely not all bosses would not do anything about it.

And what of the women themselves? Nothing stopping all of them from reporting it. Or, stabbing the pervs with their scissors...

I'd use a clear plastic cape or cover over the clients. That should deter the practice, however exhibitionists might even enjoy it more.

It seems so classless. I don't think I could ignore it. I'm sure I'd end up saying something and embarrassing them.
