Sometimes the truth has to be brutal and the brutal truth about Lindsey Graham is he was a traitor.
He took an oath to uphold, defend and protect the Constitution both as a Lawyer and as a U.S. Senator - he betrayed that oath.
I refuse to sugar coat his memory because of his passing. History will judge him negatively for his spineless betrayal of this country. He was in the front row of the MAGA gallery cheering on the corruption and law breaking and he will be remembered for doing so.

He's even wearing that same crappy ass blue colored suit that Trump constantly wears. Flag blue. You sure you can't get your head further up Donnie's ass, Lindsey girl?

Then again, don't watch.

(15,537 posts)Saw that in the 90s early 2000s when the media was puffing him up as some kind of honorable moderate R. I always felt he was a histrionic personality, that bloomed fully as he aged.

He was nothing more than just another crappy human being who chose to do rotten and despicable shit to his fellow humans. His death changes none of that, just commits it to being written in stone.
Good riddance.

(1,164 posts)...a "race-baiting, xenophobic religious bigot," and a "con man" where he seemed to have some clarity surrounding the guy that said his friend John McCain was not a war hero. At least he had that right until he saw that his only political path in the Republican party was through the felon's colon.
When democracy most needed Republicans to stand up for it and stop the rise of the fascist king-wannabe he went all in on the "race-baiting, xenophobic religious bigot" "con man" that wanted desperately to destroy it.
Congratulations on ending your life as a pathetic, feckless, disgraceful POS Senator.

He's a traitor who tried to assist in the theft of Georgia's election back in 2020.
Who knows how he's conducted himself in South Carolina elections.
And he betrayed his so-called best friend John McCain.
Good riddance.

So Graham has been an arrogant, preening prick for a long time. He ran into a bigger one in TSF and he will be best remembered as a traitorous, warmongering bootlicker.
