8 PM 83 degrees/feels like 88. Dew point 68, Humidity 61%
9 PM 80 degrees/feels like 84. Isolated thunderstorms. Dew point 69, Humidity 71%
10 PM 79 degrees/feels like 83. Scattered thunderstorms. 45% chance of precipitation 0.03 inches. Dew point 71, Humidity 76%.

Lived in the DC area for 70+ years. Storms can move quickly, hit areas with varying degrees of strength or miss them completely. Moreover, private forecasters like Accuweather, weather channel, capitalweather.com don't rely solely on NWS and/or NOAA data.
