They're reinforcing the scaffolding. How long before they remove some letters?

The rains and thunder have passed. They can resume work.

They are unloading planks and more framework from a truck. They are building a more sturdy scaffolding with boards to create "flooring".

just before midnight. So as to pretend they followed the court's order.

The scaffolding is starting to come together and be secured properly. They are on the top tier.

I'm just fine with that - I somehow doubt any of them are in the millionaire class- they can probably use the money. And I'm glad they are giving me a show I can enjoy as I pack for another dive trip!

They are treating it as breaking news. Rather than their repeat programming that usually starts at midnight, they have Ted Lieu doing live coverage of the event at the Kennedy Center.

Believe it or not - Ted Lieu just reported that the regime is in court seeking another twelve hour stay.

Because of ‘the weather’. Far as I can tell the weather is fine (after significant rainfall earlier). It’s all good in NOVA. This is just another bullshit attempted delay to stop the inevitable.
