We won our case against the Trump administration for trying to destroy the H-1B visa program.

Thousands with these visas serve New Yorkers as doctors, teachers, and other skilled workers.

I'll keep fighting to protect them and our immigrant communities.

That's the thing. The GOPs aren't afraid of him. They're all in on his white supremacist abuse, destruction, and theft. And there are too many Dems rolling over and voting with the complicit and racist GOPs in 2026 and for the last 10 years.

1. Immediate appeal to the notorious 3-judge panel. Appeal to the full district court. Emergency petition to the SCOTUS.
2. Admin ignores the order, continues to enforce the fee.
