It was to keep poc from voting. Right now, such testing is still illegal, though under this SC not sure how much longer that will last. I really don't want to go back to jim crow.

The "IQ tests" designed to prevent Black people from voting weren't fair or reasonable tests. They were impossible to pass. Nobody could pass them. The tests were given only to Black people, to prevent them from voting.

I just see any suggestion of any kind of testing for voters as a slippery slope that would not be good for any one.

Before they can file to run they should have to pass this test.

Of course all insider trading and corruption needs to be off limits and severely punished with jail time.

I don’t know that the percentages are accurate.

That being said, I think the percentage of people in this country that need some mental healthcare is over 75%. The society which has been allowed to exist over the last 50+ years is toxic.

And I've met thousands of people. Literally personally helped at least two thousand most probably more myself.

Some like his tax cuts, many love his deportation of immigrants, a lot of christians favor his abortion and transgender positions, and bloodthirsty jingoists think America needs to invade and kill everyone. But I do know a few good sushi places.

These folks measure things primarily by the direct effect on them and/or on their agreement with Donald's 'policies'.

No one mentions if the policies are appropriate, if they are effective, or if they are even ethical.
