I hope driverless cars are one day rented out to disabled and old people

I hope driverless cars are one day rented or sold to disabled and old people, so people that have severe Autism, disable or are too old to hold a license can live our lives. I think the government needs to allow level 4-5 driverless cars to be licenceless so people can rent or own their own car to get around.

They'd literally get a special disabled or drierless car permit allowing them to own or rent these cars
Buy or rent the car
Get into the car and tell the a.i driving it where they want to go

My mom is in a wheel chair and can't walk. It would be wonderful if her or people like her could be able to get around town without having to use ridesource.
My friend is 75 years old and can't get his license. Would be awesome if people like him could get one too!
I am severely autisic and can't pass a drivers test. Would be nice for me. Sure, I have an ebike but a car that is warm and dry during the winter would be awesome. Also some places I need to go are 10+ miles away.

There is a ton of stuff a.i will improve our lives and this is a big one.

capitalism and the oligarchy, the people will not see the benefits of tech - whether driving tech or AI.

Harm to individuals will be calculated finely with the view to the profits of the masters, a risk/benefit analysis balancing the legal costs of death and disaster against profit to investors.

I REALLY WISH I could use taxis or driverless cars now - I hate driving. Instead we get underpaid, overworked, and unregulated gig economy "contractors".
