restless leg syndrome - someone with a specific problem with their leg
chronic fatigue syndrome - someone who is chronically fatigued
irritable bowel syndrome - someone with a specific problem with their bowels

so i think all the trump followers/ring kissers/cultists have trump derangement syndrome--they are as deranged as he is
