In terms of Congress we have 3 very Democratic districts (Alma Adams near Charlotte, Deborah Ross Raleigh, and Valarie Foushee Durham/Chapel Hill) the rest of our districts are Republican (ranging from plus 5 (Don Davis Democrat Snow Hill) to plus 10 (Mark Harris)). Now that isn't going to happen but if I were Congressman Davis tonight, I would be feeling pretty good (he won this district as a GOP plus 2 in 2024). I would feel pretty bad if I were Congressman Murphy who had his district become more Democratic in order to target Davis.
