Conflicting Reports : 33 minute Ceasefire Already Broken ...

Iran continues to fire rockets into Israel, as Israel retaliates tonight. No links yet ... fog of war. Iran 10 pt. ceasefire plan included Iran continue to control the Strait of Hormuz, Iran can enrich unrestricted amounts of and any kinds of uranium they want, etc ... etc ... this is the ceasefire Taco agreed to tonight. Also ... taco agreed to all this with unspecified officials in Iran who actually have no say so in what is actually going on there or in control in Iran.

Jesus Christ on a pogo stick. Just a heads up DU ... anyone can confirm any of this? Wouldn't be surprised.

Some key elements reportedly include:

A 30-day ceasefire.

The dismantling of Iran’s nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan and Fordow.

A permanent commitment from Iran to never develop nuclear weapons.

The handover of Iran’s stockpile of already enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and a commitment
from Iran to allow the IAEA to monitor all elements of the country’s remaining nuclear infrastructure. Iran must also no longer enrich
uranium within the country.

Limits on the range and number of Iran’s missiles.

Ending Iran’s support for regional proxies.

Ending Iranian strikes on regional energy facilities.

Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

A removal of all sanctions imposed on Iran, alongside the ending of the UN mechanism that allows sanctions to be reimposed.
The provision of US support for electricity generation at Iran’s Bushehr civil nuclear plant.

8. You've added this part that was NOT in the article:

"...Iran can enrich unrestricted amounts of and any kinds of uranium they want..."

Vs what is in the article, which is "acceptance of uranium enrichment".

Do you have sources for Iran "breaking the ceasefire" and Israel "retaliating"? I mean Israel HAS been bombing bridges, a power plant or two and railroads and rail stations ALL DAY. What's a little ceasefire agreement when you're on a roll?

1. "the United States would require Washington to accept its uranium enrichment program and the lifting of all sanctions" . -snip- Interpret that as you want.

2. My original post stated 'fog of war' just reports I heard, maybe it was Israel breaking the ceasefire and Iran retaliated. If either is true or not I was just posting to get any insight from other DU'ers. Sorry if what I heard turns out non-factual. And I apologize if that offended you. Peace.

No offense taken and thanks for the polite response. Sorry if I offended you, just so tired and distraught - like everyone else.

Peace would be nice.
