They must be so scared and I cry for the people here who are forced to endure this craziness. Some of us have illnesses that are very affected by stress. This can't be easy for them.

I can't imagine the terror they must be experiencing, from being bombed, loosing family, friends and innocent children in their communities. The US top leader threatening them in the horrific way he did is abominable. I pray that there will be a ceasefire and diplomacy will be possible. They did not deserve the terror, death and destruction of turnips illegal war.

I’ve been thinking about the people of Iran all day. I hope for their safety, peace, and the strength to get through whatever they may be about to face.

I've known many wonderful Iranians - Persians - over the years. They are among the most kind and intelligent people I have met. Of course there are ideologues and idiots everywhere, just like Miller, Trump, Hegseth, and others.

He's losing the hearts and minds of average Iranians. Those who aren't particularly fond of their own brutal regime, but sure as shit don't want to get bombed by ours. If anything, he's strengthen Tehran.

And all this blather about civilization destruction is just that. Insane rantings of a demented, old loser who's desperate to get out of the trap Bibi pushed him into. It will never work. It hasn't in the past and it won't now.

I worry for Iranians. They don’t deserve the brutal government they had and they don’t deserve our insane brutality.

There may be parts of the country that find Iranians (or Persians as many of them prefer) to be exotic and rare. Not so in Southern California. I’ve known many for decades. Our realtor is Persian. She moved to the US as a child. Her family flies back and forth regularly. She is American. Currently she is sick with worry for her family. My heart breaks for her. Eff these Republican monsters.
