It needs to constantly be stated that this starte in trump's first term when he left the Iran nulcear deal, all because

he resented that it was negotiated by by the first African American President, and even though he could have easily resurrected that agreement in his second term, during the two negotiations trump was having with Iran, but instead in the middle of both negotiations he initiated bombing. The first time where he bragged how they eliminated any threat from a nuclear Iran, and the second and current one, where he said they needed to eliminate the nuclear threat from Iran, a direct contradiction of what he said after the first bombing.

Highly doubtful that this MSM will set the record straight, so it will be up to those who know what the actual history of the situation is.
