Anyone else see this - House Democratic leaders

have called the House back to DC immediately for an emergency debate on the Iran war.

Not sure if it is true - would be a good move if so.

can call Congress back from recess as per Article II Section 3 of the Constitution. The Speaker of the House can call Congress back from recess as per House rules. Lastly, Congress can also convene if both parties agree to.

That's about it.
