I need every 2028 Dem presidential candidate to pledge to extradite Trump to The Hague

He needs to face justice and since the corrupt SCOTUS has exempted him from the law here in the US, the ICC is one of the few remaining options we have. We need to send a strong message that we do not support his actions.

cannot be court-martialed because court-martial is a military legal process that applies to military personnel, not civilian officials like the president.

Enough with these ridiculous road blocks that only serve to let him escape justice. No Dem should be opposed to removing those obstacles.

Call on Congress for Impeachment.

Call on the Cabinet for 25th Amendment procedures.

Flanked by US flags and at least one person in a military uniform.

If we move forward without significant safeguards put into place, we will see another Trump in office.
There is no statute of limitations on murder.

The issue(s) will be whether a president can be tried for war crimes, including the brazen,
unprovoked attacks of indiscriminate bombing, and not to exclude his specific calls for their annihilation.

He wraps his threats with a shiny, demented ribbon, as if he is freeing them, doing them a favor. That does not excuse him from murdering Iranians. I believe that for Americans to believe in their government, Trump must be tried here first.

There must be prosecutions, whether here, at the ICC, or in Iran/Venezuela/Cuba/wherever. Personally, I'd be happy with summarily deporting Trump and Hegseth in chains and hoods to Iran for trial. I'd prefer he be prosecuted outside the U.S. and that the American press ignore his trial altogether, so as not to give his die-hard deplorables a cause.
