How many times can you sell the same brick pavers for the walkways?

Buy ‘em. Lay them. Pick them along with the sand and gravel base up, Haul those materials
away. Have bids go out to build paver walkways. Rinse, lather, and repeat. And take 15%
off the top for every step and reuse and resale the same materials whenever is possible.

Grifting it is what Trump’s do.
