Yesterday's WH presser: After I'm finished this, I'm going to go to Venezuela to become president

After tearing up this country he already has an exit plan in place to leave. You can't make this stuff up. He actually said this.

I thought him agreeing to the 25th Amendment would NEVER happen until he laid out his accountability escape plan in plain sight:

"The people of Venezuela, they say, if I ran for president of Venezuela, I'm polling higher than anybody has ever polled in Venezuela, so after I'm finished with this, I can go to Venezuela. I will quickly learn Spanish. It won't take too long. I'm good at language and I will go to Venezuela. I'm going to run for president. But we're very happy with the president-elect that we have right now."

He also said earlier in the same conference:

"After the presidency, I think I may go to Venezuela and run for president," and described it as a "wonderful option" for him.

Say what you will, but every statement is a confession, and nothing he says has been just a joke thus far.

2. His cabinet doesn’t have the fortitude to even convene for such a thing, let alone enact it so it doesn’t really matter. He has them locked in a dance of the masquerade till death. They cannot live without his pardon.

3. Venezuela. He’s an old man with dementia, fantasizing about getting himself moved to a different home. Of course in this *new home, everyone will love him, and do whatever he says, and let him have whatever he wants. I promise you can walk into any nursing home right now as we speak, and find “that guy.”

Under a normal president, yes. Clarifying my poor word choice "agree" I meant orchestrate - He calls the shots among a spineless cabinet in which there aren't enough numbers to support a spineless VP. So whenever he wants an escape from all this, he would be the one to call the shots, plan it, orchestrate the narrative, it will be on his terms and JD would merely be carrying out his orders to free him of all this.
