I know nothing about either rescued soldier...no names, what military base they are from.... Makes me ask, if they are real rescued soldiers....no family speaking out with gratitude....zero.
So, I want to ask, have we been lied to by the crime family administration? We always got the name of missing soldiers from other war situations...under normal times....

(80,817 posts)What I understood her to say was that they rescued the person but that was not the primary objective & whatever that objective was, it went terribly wrong.

(15,423 posts)He was mortally wounded, but he managed to climb through the mountains to a safe space where they found him?
And he was able to meet the rescue party, saying "God be Praised".
Mortally wounded is not typically something you recover from.
And the story made it sound like the guy was just chilling out drinking tea from his survival kit waiting to be rescued.
I'm guessing the pilot and the RIO are going to want their privacy, and we'll never here from them again.
that is the gaslight story we are getting...

(2,726 posts)There were the usual chicken and egg, eggs in baskets, slow and steady races, and my story about Uncle John. His helicopter was shot down over enemy territory. He chugged down his flask of whiskey before hitting the ground, and landing in the middle of an enemy camp with nothing but his knife he was able to kill 30 soldiers and capture a hundred more. The moral of that story is that you don't mess with Uncle John when he's been drinking.
The moral of this story is to never believe a Republican.

(14,808 posts)We give this administration the leap of faith and trust they do not deserve....We went into this war without Congress....I believe the entire war is a robbery event ...it's all about money and they need to give us the movie version of a war....
