That Steve Bannon case ruling is about as frivolous as all get out!
They just ripped the power of subpoena out Congress hands!
Steve Bannon is as crooked as they come. He needs to testify in front of Congress! But that is now not going to happen because of todays ruling.
Just when you thought the GOBer Justices were pushing back on Trump? They blew up the constitution on every level of the law.
But wait there is more evidence of rigging the system? Wait until they overturn the birth right law!
Folks, were looking at the future and it is not good!

(1,499 posts)...and while I can understand the reluctance to use it, this lawless cabal and the flunkies in its orbit have to be dealt with in the strongest fashion. Pam Bondi should be the test case if she tries to weasel out of her subpoena.

(108,860 posts)The Heritage Foundation and the Federalist Society are both corrupt AF. They all need to be arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit treason against the United States. No less than life in maximum security prison.

(37,550 posts)They dropped the charges. That usually brings the case to a standstill.
It basically returns the case to a finding of contempt of Congress that the DOJ says it won't prosecute. That happens. It happened under Trump I. It happened under Obama with Holder--that case was settled within Congress when (D) gained a majority and decided to withdraw the finding of contempt. But the Obama DOJ wasn't to file charges on behalf of a (R) Congress against his own appointee. That would be stupid.

(2,341 posts)have been screaming our heads off from the Rooftops since the corrupt, treasonous installation of Reagan in the White House...
There have been dozens of times when people could have raised all hell about what these New Republicans were doing the past 46+ years....... but they all just turned their heads and went back to their personal lives......
