Any cabinet member who might conceivably vote to Amendment 25 Trump in favor of Vance is on the potential decapitation list.

Trump doesn’t want to have a mass decapitation though.and it takes 8 votes to initiate action on the 25th amendment. I think 1-3 cabinet level appointees may be dumped on the loyalty issue.

Others cabinet appointees may be decapitated because they must take the blame for failure. Hegseth may be on this roster.
