Once upon a time, it was the Secretary of Defense that would prevent an unhinged President from using a nuke
We clearly don't have that failsafe today.
So while it's out on the edge of possibility, it's not IMpossible that the unthinkable is in the plans.
If that were to happen, how would we react? What would you do? How do we as a nation respond to that kind of action?
