... or a whisky sour, or a vodka & tonic with lime. Luksusowa is the best vodka out there. It's made in Poland from potatoes, unlike even the supposed high-end vodkas.

That part is a joke. It's a rip on Trump's stupid mistake. And probably on the fact that all his department heads are sycophants, such that Interior actually might do so, given its leadership.
