People that despise trump and did not vote for him or the rethugs need

Some sort of world identifier that tells folks when you travel abroad that you do not approve of him or support him, he has alienated us from the rest of the world.
I wouldn't feel safe as an American traveling to other countries.
What could be an Identifier ?

but rarely encountered anyone assuming we supported Bush. When one person criticized him, we quickly said we agreed with her. She smiled and I did not bother to fish out the button. At least then, it was disproportionately Democrats traveling to Europe.

When she visited other countries was the Canadian flag. A sticker on her luggage and patches on her clothing. This was a long time ago, but she never wanted anyone mistaking her for an American. It would work these days. Kind of a don’t blame me, I do not live there, kind of thing.

Wear a shirt or hat or carry a sign I DIDN'T VOTE FOR HIM AND HE SICKENS ME AND WE'RE SO SORRY !
