protecting women and children needs to be carefully considered. Under the Norris/maga vision the Manly Man chooses which women and children are worthy of his protection, and chooses how he will protect them.
He protects his chosen ones with his Manly Power of Intimidation and Violence. He does not protect all women and children by voting for a government which protects everyone without sorting the worthy from the unworthy.
