Liam Ramos and his family have been denied asylum.

Liam Ramos and his father have been denied asylum. They never even got the chance to make their case before a judge. It is wrong, cruel and cannot stand. My office and I are in touch with the family and their representatives who will appeal this decision. We will keep fighting.

Denied by DOJ, not a real judge. Vindictive, IMHO. There will be an appeal.

They are just DOJ employees and their are no rules or codes of conduct. They hold immigration hearings for children as young as one year old, without a lawyer or a child advocate or a translator.
