https://idahocapitalsun.com/briefs/idaho-committee-rejects-bill-to-repeal-childhood-vaccine-requirements/The bill in question: https://legislature.idaho.gov/wp-content/uploads/sessioninfo/2026/legislation/H0808.pdf
Here's the paragraph in question:
(2) "Medical intervention" means a medical procedure, treatment, device, drug, injection, vaccine, immunization, medication, or medical action taken to diagnose, prevent, or cure a disease or alter the health or biological function of a person.
This bill says in one long stretch of legislative garbage that no entity in Idaho can refuse to do business with you if you have or haven't had a medical intervention.
This means, among other things...
1. A restaurant can't keep you out just because you have typhoid.
2. A school can't tell you to get rid of your child's lice.
3. A brothel can't refuse to let you have unprotected sex with their employees just because you have syphilis.
This bill is bad enough that even Republicans are saying "now wait a damn minute!"

I read the website of the person who wrote the bill...she doesn't seem to have any functional brain cells.
