Trump on Ballroom: It's going to be on time, on budget. It will be under budget. It will be literally under budget other than we've upgraded in terms of the marbles we've been using, we're using onyx and stones that are incredible.

When you do marbles you can't have people walking over the marble every night as it's drying and setting and going to a play… The best way to do it is close it, do it properly, and reopen it, and have a grand reopening

I'm no building expert, but I feel like installing "the marble" would be, I dunno ...... one of the very late stage things one does when constructing a building? I have to think the builders are nowhere near that point, but maybe I've not been keeping close enough tabs on the ballroom's progress?
