Now the camera focuses in on only the person speaking, leaving the impression that he/she is speaking to the "whole" House or Senate audience.
But in fact, they are standing there speaking, camera zoomed in on them, and it is 2:00 am in the chamber and the only ones in the entire chamber are them and the cameraman.........cute, huh......
