The #1 thing that disturbs me about Republicans...AFTER their "economic policies" and attitude toward matters of race and gender...is this sick, paranoid, creepy view toward sexual identity and sexuality in general. And SO MANY OF THEM have "closeted" forms of behavior.

I'd be honest if I saw that as a widespread thing among Democrats. I do not, and won't pretend that it's even baked in the cake for our party. The whole "we MUST CONTROL" how you THINK and ACT thing seems to be the exclusive province of the GOP.

Since there are only 9 members on SCOTUS, some members are responsible for 2 Circuit Courts.
We should create 4 more SCOTUS members, one for each Circuit Court. It's the reason we have 9 members now.

Then randomly rotate 9 of the 13 judge panels. One of the 12 would be an Associate Chief Justice, because
we have to had at least 1 in each 9 panels. This way CJ Roberts doesn't sit on every case in front of the court.

Not sure I understand why, but I'd say you're 100% spot-on. Trump talks about it far more often than the entire Democratic party combined.

I guess a lot of it would have to do with IF we had a Democratic President, House, and Senate, and Roberts and the gang consistently "ruled" for the MAGAts. Maybe then the idea of expanding the court would win more favor.

Trump (I believe at Putin’s behest) is doing everything he can to destroy the US. The things he is saying that the Democrats want to do are almost a prescription for how to save the nation.

Adding two states (Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia) and adding 12 justices to the Supreme Court would be a good start toward reclaiming our country.
