May be a dumb question but why hasn't the Supreme Court ruled that unmarked

Federal folks cannot take over cities and states. It is all illegal.
When does this become an emergency.

Democracy for the Few, Gramsci ‘s Prison Notes and Lenin’s Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism best describe the American political system. I may add Ralph Miliband’s The State in Capitalist Society.

Their job is to curtail our freedoms not to increase or hold the line on the few freedoms we have.

6 of them are Christian Nationalists so they agree with what is happening.

Some of them are bought and paid for.

Money is not speech !!!!!!!!!!

Corporations are not people !!!!!!!!!!

But the ones in power don’t share this basic, decent human rights oriented world view. Therefore, those of us who are decent are also fucked.

...he would have asked his "friends" Harlan and Leo for a private jet in addition to the motor home. Chump change to those manipulating fuck-wads. The Federalist Society and its benefactors (Koch brothers) need to be first up at the Tribunals.

You can buy as much justice as you can afford.

Just ask Clearance Thomas; Have gavel, will travel. No job too large. *Offer not available to the poor, the tired, the huddled masses, or those yearning to be free.

Or at the very least they don't care one whit about it as long as the means justify the ends.

Their goals have been made very clear since their appointments and then the fascist takeover of the court.

... that to impose ethics rules on the SCOTUS would purge all the conservative justices. Or at least that what the meme said, so it must be true, right?

Roberts, along with John Bolton, was one of the assholes that stopped the counting of "hanging chads" in a Florida precinct before Rehnquist's crew even handed down their ruling. He's been a skeezy weasel all his miserable life.

18. Supremacy Clause

Great question, it’s important to understand what premise they are operating underneath.

Near as I can tell (I’m not a lawyer) the majority of the authorization for federal intervention in blue states is the Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2) which makes federal law supreme, allowing federal agents to enforce valid federal laws nationwide, including in any state, regardless of state politics. Trump’s position is they are deployed to the individual states to enforce the Federal Immigration laws that our sanctuary states avoid.
.
https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-6/clause-2/

Please understand I’m not taking the feds side, just explaining what I assume is their justification.
If we want to have our lawmakers approach this from a well grounded understanding so they can better resist.
